B3 Customs Return And Refund Policy
As a standard practice, all items are subject to a "all sales are final" policy unless explicitly mentioned otherwise, given the customized and built-to-order nature of these products.
We are dedicated to ensuring every customer's satisfaction and will make reasonable accommodations to achieve that goal. If you identify a physical defect in the product, please inform us. Note that some custom-built products may exhibit surface blemishes or minor imperfections, which are not covered.
Cancellations
Cancellations are not accepted for our custom or built-to-order products and all sales are final.
In regards to our light kits, power panels, and cupholders, a request of an order cancelation may result in a 15% restocking and convenience fee of the initial sale.
